An eloquent old cowpoke who spends his retirement cooking omelettes.

Hiding deep within the kitchen of a red-checker diner serving breakfast in Renton is a seemingly ancient old man cooking eggs and bacon. He is tall and spindly and walks the slow, bow-legged stroll of a man as comfortable on the back of a horse as he is on his own feet. He wears worn denim, leather chaps, a plaid shirt and bola tie. Crowned with a saffron 10-gallon hat, he dispenses eloquent, drawling wisdom to those who know the right words to utter.
